Until the End of the Internet

Last updated: April 10, 2026

Software disappears all the time. Companies get acquired, run out of money, lose interest, or just quietly shut things down. Your data goes with it. We think that's a lousy deal.

Here's our commitment: if you're a Turbo Puffin customer, we'll keep your product running for as long as you need it. Not "until the next funding round." Not "until we pivot." For as long as it's technically possible and you're keeping up your end of the deal.

What this means in practice

If a product enters a "legacy" phase — meaning we're not adding new features to it anymore — you'll still be able to use it. We'll keep applying security updates, maintaining the infrastructure, and providing customer support. The product works the way it works, and we won't pull the rug out from under you.

We won't just flip a switch and turn things off. If we ever need to wind down a product (and we don't plan to), we'll give you plenty of notice, help you export your data, and make sure you land somewhere solid.

If something happens to us

In the unlikely event that Turbo Puffin is acquired or merged with another company, we'll do everything in our power to make sure this commitment carries over. We'll notify you well in advance before anything changes about how your data is handled or your product works.

Why we bother writing this down

Because most companies don't. And because when you're trusting someone with your financial data, your email campaigns, or your analytics, you deserve to know that the thing you're building on isn't going to vanish. We're a small company and we plan to stay that way. We're not chasing a hockey-stick growth chart or an exit. We're building things we want to exist in the world, and we want you to be able to rely on them.
