Taxes

Where our products are taxable, we collect and remit sales tax or VAT as required by law. The prices listed on our product sites are before tax.

How it works

If your billing address is in a jurisdiction where we're required to collect tax, you'll see it as a separate line item on your invoice. The rate depends on your location and local regulations.

We use Stripe Tax to calculate and collect the correct amount based on your billing address. Stripe stays current on tax rules across jurisdictions so you don't have to worry about whether the rate is right.

Tax-exempt organizations

If your organization is tax-exempt, email us at hello@turbopuffin.com with your exemption documentation and we'll update your account. Include your account email so we can find you.

Something look wrong?

If you think you're being charged tax incorrectly — wrong rate, wrong jurisdiction, or you shouldn't be charged at all — email hello@turbopuffin.com and we'll sort it out.
