Refund Policy

If you're unhappy with a Turbo Puffin product for any reason, talk to us. We'll work something out.
The short version
We don't want your money if you're not getting value from the product. If you think you deserve a refund, email hello@turbopuffin.com and tell us what happened. We'll figure it out together.
Some examples of when we'd give a refund
- You got charged for the next billing cycle but you meant to cancel. We'll refund the charge.
- You forgot to cancel a few months ago and haven't used the product since. We'll refund those months.
- You tried the product for a bit and it just wasn't for you. You can have your money back.
Partial refunds or credits
- You forgot to cancel a while ago but there was some usage on the account — we'll look at the activity and figure out a fair partial refund.
- We had extended downtime or our support was slower than it should have been — we'll issue a credit toward your next bill.
After cancellation
When you cancel, you won't be charged again. Your account stays accessible until the end of your current billing period, then it becomes inaccessible. Your data is kept for 60 days after that in case you change your mind, then it's permanently deleted.

Email hello@turbopuffin.com. Include your account email and a quick explanation of what happened. We'll get back to you within a few business days.
