Refund Policy

If you're unhappy with a Turbo Puffin product, talk to us. We'd rather refund you than keep your money.
Specifics differ slightly by product. The short version is below; the per-product sections cover the edges.
The short version
- Helm monthly ($149/mo): full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked.
- Helm lifetime ($1,499): full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- Measure: full refund within 14 days of your first charge on any paid plan, no questions asked.
- Both products, anytime: if a feature we advertised doesn't actually work for your account, we refund — no time limit. "We promised, we owe you."
Helm
Monthly plan ($149/mo)
Full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. Email support@helmhelps.com from the address you signed up with and we'll process it within two business days.
After 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation stops future charges immediately.
Lifetime plan ($1,499)
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Same process: email support@helmhelps.com from the signup address.
After 30 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable. You keep access forever as promised.
If something is genuinely broken
If a feature we advertised doesn't work for your account — bank connection fails on a supported institution, the reconciliation report won't generate, a promised feature isn't actually available yet — tell us and we'll either fix it or refund the prorated amount, no time limit. "We promised, we owe you" is separate from the no-questions-asked windows above.
Measure
Paid plans
Full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. Email hello@turbopuffin.com from your account email.
After 14 days, paid plans are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges immediately and your account drops to the free tier.
If something is genuinely broken
Same as Helm: if a feature we advertised doesn't actually work for your account — analytics aren't recording, the agent interface returns wrong data, a promised integration isn't available yet — we refund, no time limit.
What we won't refund
- Disputes filed via your credit card company without contacting us first. Chargeback fees cost us more than most refunds — email us first, we'll process the refund directly and faster.
- Charges where your account has been suspended for abuse, fraud, or violating our Terms of Service.

Include "Refund" in the subject. Email from the address on your account if you can. We'll reply within 24 hours and process approved refunds within two business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
